Hearth Room. Did you ever notice how impossible it is to take pictures of a room? This was my favorite room, where I often went to work when the house was frantically being finished. This was also the first room I managed to get decorated.

I want it, it makes my tummy hurt to look at this house, it is so beautiful.....too bad I don't buy lottery tickets. I am sure anyone who would buy this house would really appreciate the details and extra touches you guys incorporated. I especially like the sound system and fireplaces.
I COVET the heated bathroom floors.
Having spent much of the weekend listlessly painting a hallway and only ONE wall of my teeny living room, I'm agog.
