I think the girls did I good job picking out their dresses (for some reason Cheryl's link won't work, but she is wearing style #6625 in wine from Alfred Angelo). I wanted to make sure they got something they could wear again, and I like the shorter length, less "prom dressy". I fully intend to answer your awesome questions, but I have been procrastinating....did you ever pick up a copy of that book?
I am commenting back to you here from my site so that way you'll recieve the comment...About the 'cultural Jew/Lesbian'-I LOVE THAT!!!!! I am going to tell my sister about it. I think she is a cultural Jew/Lesbian! Thanks for the correct terminology.
Firefly-- I haven't gotten the book yet... No Windsor trip, alas. I really think it looks great. Maybe I can pop into Windsor next Monday after I teach. Plus I wanted some Canadian "pins" for our Europe trip-- Yes, I am going to masquerade as a Canadian. Not far from the truth actually.

I called my sis up last night and told her about being 'cultural' in regaurds to being a Jew & Lesbian...She loved it! Ke said it aloud a few times...She knows considers herself a cultural Lesbian/Jewish person!
